In her teens Annette began her professional career in singing and became known for her smash hits 'Tall Paul' and 'Pineapple Princess.' Annette was born and brought up by Italian immigrants living in Utica when she was a kid and is an extremely timid person. Annette hoped to make a career in the entertainment industry and soon took on acting and dancing. As a "Mouseketeer" in 'Disney sketches, Annette gained considerable fame during the 1950s. Annette was able to shed her Disney image when she grew up and took on adult roles. Annette was renowned as one of the very first actors who initiated"beach parties" and the "beach party" genre. The actress was in films such as "How to stuff a wild bikini and 'Pajama Parties'' and 'Beach Party.' She also continued to release her music albums from time to time.
